Yaze Li is a pharmacy leader advancing operational excellence and strategic growth through ownership, accountability, and a people-first approach.
He builds and optimizes residency programs, community pharmacy services, and 340B initiatives, using data insights to drive financially sustainable proposals aligned with executive priorities.

Yaze has directed programs delivering over $3.5 million annually in profit and cost savings and expanded teams by nine full-time positions across two departments. He leads cross-functional teams spanning pharmacy, finance, HR, IT, and operations—partnering closely with executive leadership, legal, compliance, and revenue cycle to align pharmacy initiatives with health system goals.
